coz im having problem w/ this transparency, i dont have enough Video memory that's why its buggy on my system..

I have a question though... how do you make your icons transparent? I'll example under an icon on my desktop it's says the title but it in a blueish box. It's not clear like your. Can you help me out?
1st - right click on my computer, then select properties, a system properties window should popup.
2nd - at the top of the window click the tab that says advanced. Then under the subtitle performance, click on settings.
3rd - Scroll down towards the bottom of the scroll box. Then check the box next to the words, "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop.
